Gambling should be fun, not stressful. book bet is here to support responsible betting every step of the way.
Our Commitment
Book bet believes online betting and gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a reliable source of income. Responsible gambling means understanding your personal limits around time, money, and mental energy, and enjoying the experience within those boundaries.
Millions of people across Bangladesh play on book bet, and the vast majority do so healthily and for fun. But for a small number, gambling can become a problem. book bet follows a strict responsible gambling policy to help make sure that never becomes your story.
Please note: Betting is never a way to pay off debt or get rich fast. Don't chase your losses by placing bigger bets to win back what you've lost. Every bet is independent and the outcome is never guaranteed.
On book bet's Responsible Gambling page, you'll find everything you need — how to spot the signs of addiction, which tools can help you stay in control, and where to turn for support.
Responsible gaming doesn't mean you can't play. It means playing smart — setting a budget, managing your time, and only playing when you're in the right headspace. book bet is with you every step of the way.
Core Principle: If gambling is causing anxiety rather than enjoyment, take a break. Use book bet's self-exclusion tool to temporarily or permanently close your account at any time.
Our support team is available 24/7. If you feel your gambling is getting out of control, don't wait — reach out to us today or use any of the tools listed below.
If you notice signs of addiction, reach out now:
Warning Signs
If you notice these signs in yourself or someone you know, seek help without delay.
Repeatedly spending more than your set budget on gambling without feeling concerned about it.
Placing more bets to recover money already lost is the most dangerous warning sign.
Betting online at the expense of time with family, work, or studies.
Hiding your betting from family or friends, or lying about it.
Excessive irritability, depression, or anxiety when unable to play or after a loss.
Borrowing money or spending savings on gambling and falling into financial difficulty.
Pulling away from friends and family to spend more time gambling.
Repeatedly trying to cut back or stop gambling but being unable to.
Prioritizing betting over work, family, or self-care.
If you recognize three or more of the above signs in yourself, use book bet's self-exclusion tool right away and contact us at support@bookbet.ws.
Protection Tools
Use these tools to take control of your own gameplay.
Set a maximum deposit limit directly from your account settings. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for 24 hours — protecting you from impulsive decisions.
Set a daily time limit for how long you want to play. Once that limit is reached, book bet will automatically log you out.
A pop-up will appear every 30, 60, or 90 minutes showing a summary of your total time and transactions, keeping you informed and in control.
Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks. You won't be able to log in during this period. Your account will reactivate automatically once the break ends.
Close your account for 6 months to 5 years, or permanently. No promotional messages will be sent during this period.
Once your losses reach a set amount, betting will automatically stop. It's the best way to protect yourself from financial harm.
